Online Brand Experience

So what is 'brand experience', really? Simply put, it is the experience consumers have with your brand while visiting and interacting with your website. And to ensure their brand experience is a positive one, it is important to have a well-designed website to best position you product or service - delivered with campaign messaging that connects with your intended target audience.

But a great website is so much more - it must be leveraged with intuitive information architecture and effective user interface design. Bottomline, the brand experience consumers have with your brand, good or bad, will determine conversion to trial or purchase - and with a positive brand experience, you have the opportunity to convert consumers to 'brand loyalists' - and ultimately to 'brand activists', sharing their positive experience with others.
