What do you get when you have three brothers who ventured down three very different career paths - but led to the pursuit of one clear vision? Absolute magic. One became a leader in the client service vertical building lasting relationships with two companies he formed, the second became a business strategist owning and operating two different corporations, and the third spent his career as the big idea concepter in the advertising world. Put the three together and you've got the "A-Team" in online marketing - leading the iccentric teams with passion and enthusiasm and helping brands do the most amazing things.

Bret Stout, Principal / Chief Creative Officer

Based in our Austin location, Bret leads the creative for locations in Austin, San Diego and Los Angeles. Bret began his career as a storyboard illustrator and earned a Sr. Copywriter role at Leo Burnett, served as a Senior Art Director for Chiat-Day and Temerlin McClain, Group Creative Director for Huge, led all new business pitches for imc2, and even spent a couple of years leading the strategy and creative for an animation studio in his pursuit of the next-generation online product exploration. Known by many as the "Brand Unflattener", Bret is married and has 7 children.

Scot Stout, Principal / Client Services

Based out of our Houston location, Scot leads and fosters our client relationships across all verticals. He is one of those unique souls who connects with people in a magical way - people just love this guy. Scot has successfully launched and managed two separate companies where solid client relationships served as the lifeblood of his success. Scot is a long-time resident of Galveston Island where many refer to him as "The Mayor". Always taking time to keep his surfboard freshly surfed, Scot is the father of three sons and a granddaughter.

Will Stout, Principal / Strategist

Based out of our San Diego location, Will leads brand strategy for our clients across all verticals. Will has launched two successful companies in Dallas and San Diego and has helped many brands propel to the next level with fresh strategic insight to reach their objectives in unexpected ways. He has also laid the strategic groundwork for a child safety program soon to be launched in elementary schools throughout the State of California. Will always finds time to spend with his son and daughter.
